Katharine works with leading organizations and entrepreneurial brands worldwide to execute effective strategies that support regenerative landscapes, ecological economies and more inclusive and resilient futures. She designs compelling, impactful and context-sensitive experiences. Her work contributes to the protection of natural resources, and the global portfolio of nature-based solutions to the climate crisis and social disconnection. She specializes in building partnerships, crafting curriculum, and creating collaborative programs with innovators across sectors who work towards life-sustaining ecological and social systems.

Katharine holds an MA in Food Culture and Communications from the Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche, Italy, and a BA in Social Anthropology and International Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London. Katharine was a 2007-8 Fulbright Fellow in Italy, where she spent eighteen months researching traditional food production and regional identities, amassing expertise in tourism, marketing, and taste education.

She is a trained facilitator and offers a private practice as an ICF certified transformative coach. She was a TEDx speaker at the first TEDx Hudson in 2014.

A native of New York City, she has lived and worked in Kenya, India, Brazil, and across Europe.
