With a wide aperture and diverse portfolio, Katharine develops and manages high quality, high-impact programs in service to ecological and social wellbeing. As a designer and director, Katharine has extensive experience advising startups, supporting leadership development, and building strategic partnerships for non-profit and philanthropic ventures. She brings a multidisciplinary lens on collaborative capacity, underpinned by an enduring commitment to collective action and uniting people through purpose.

Katharine infuses her projects with a deep belief in regenerative hospitality and in the relational work of systems change. Her work as a facilitator, coach, and convening designer is rooted in years of gathering people around tables, curating meals and experiences to enliven connection and spark meaningful conversation.

Katharine was a TEDx speaker in 2024 and a 2007 Fulbright Fellow in Italy.  A native of New York City, she has lived and worked in Kenya, India, Brazil, and across Europe.
