Friend+ Fundraiser event for Historic Hudson. Guests enjoyed local food and Georgian wines at the historic setting of the Dunn Warehouse Yard, the site of one of the rare surviving industrial buildings on Hudson's waterfront. Support enabled Historic Hudson to continue its advocacy for Hudson's unique architectural and cultural history and vibrant future.
A benefit dinner and auction for National Young Farmers Coalition, Farm Future was an evening of food, entertainment and conversation (and rain!) which brought young farmers, friends and supporters together to understand the opportunities and challenges needed for the success of young farmers and food systems.
Recipes for a Delicious Future was an exceptional fundraising evening held at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC
to benefit the Yale / MAD collaboration. A tasting menu was presented by Chef Alex Atala, Brazilian Star of Chef’s Table, and Founder, ATÁ Institute, 2013. Atala’s awards include 2013: 100 Most Influential People, TIME magazine; 2011-2016: Top 10 of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Atala was joined in the kitchen by Ignacio Mattos, owner of several critically acclaimed restaurants in New York, and Esquire’s chef of the year in 2017.
