BCC Workforce Development Hospitality and Culinary Program

Scope Hired to design and create curriculum for three certificate programs for Berkshire Community College focused on workforce development in the culinary, hospitality, and agricultural industries. Recruited class instructors form community subject matter experts and taught Introduction to Hospitality class. Concurrently researched and wrote a 30-page Food Programming Prospectus to establish an exceptional and cutting-edge program entitled the Food Economics and Culture Initiative.
