Regenerative Travel

Scope Contributed to the research, design, and execution of educational programming for the 2021 Virtual Summit , curating professional development workshops for travel agents, media, and hospitality partners. Collaborated closely with the Summit Programming Team to identify and engage expert speakers, moderators, and workshop leads. Conducted in-depth research and evaluation of sustainability-focused professional development programs, creating metrics and analysis to shape Regenerative Travel’s long-term educational strategy.

Spearheaded the development of the Aspiring Member Program, defining the target audience, business model, curriculum structure, pricing, and incentive offerings. Partnered with leadership to ensure program readiness for launch announcement at the 2021 Summit, positioning it to attract and enroll the first cohort.
